非神经乙酰胆碱系统及烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体在免疫活性细胞的表达和作用 被引量:1

摘要 长期以来,认为是副交感的末端释放乙酰胆碱作用于免疫细胞的乙酰胆碱受体( Acetylcholine receptor AChRs)。但乙酰胆碱迅速被血液中乙酰胆碱酯酶和丁酰胆碱酯酶水解为胆碱和乙酸盐,没有证据表明免疫细胞直接受到的神经支配,胆碱能神经末端不可能释放足够的乙酰胆碱作用到免疫细胞表达的AChRs。尽管很早就在公牛的血液中发现乙酰胆碱( Acetylcholine ACh ),由于缺乏敏感和有效的检测手段,加之ACh的不稳定性,不能确切证明不同种属的动物血液中存在 ACh。
