摘要
针对导向滑靴铸造生产过程中容易出现裂纹缺陷,从材料成分、热处理工艺、铸造工艺流程方面进行了分析研究改进,减少导向滑靴裂纹倾向。其中导向滑靴合金元素含量高是导向滑靴产生裂纹倾向较大原因,通过熔炼时在钢液中添加稀土硅合金,及后工序采取热切割和预热焊接,大大降低了导向滑靴裂纹缺陷出现。
in the casting process, the guided sliding boots common occurrence the crack defects in the casting surface; in order to solve the crack defects problem, from the materials chemical composition, heat treatment and casting process to do the analysis and improved; due to the guided sliding boots chemical composition have high content of alloy element, the high content of alloy elements has important effect on crack defects. During the melting process add the rare earth to the liquid steel, and take the thermal cutting and preheating before welding, greatly reduced the crack defects.
