转子支架铸造工艺研究

摘要 某电站的转子支架尺寸较小,采用铸造方式生产。其筋板交错排布显现放射性结构,给铸件凝固过程的补缩带来了困难,使铸件在筋板交叉处容易出现缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷,以至于铸件不能达到使用要求。通过工艺分析、优化设计,使铸件缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷消除,从而生产出合格的铸件。 Normally of welded structure though the rotor spider of a hydropower station is a cast one for its smaller size. Its ribs staggered structure appeared radioactive, which led to feeding difficulties in its solidification so as to occur casting defects. Through technology analysis and optimization of design, defects ascontractive cavities and shrinkage porosity have been eliminated to produce qualified castings.
