水电工程施工时实际发生的人、材、机单价,是施工基本直接费测算中的重要基础数据,但对于如何确定人、材、机单价,目前并无统一的方法。结合某水电工程石方开挖施工基本直接费测算工作实测,分析总结了人工单价、材料单价及机械台时费的确定原则和计算方法,重点阐述了人工工资的构成范围、支付方式及边界条件。相关经验可为类似工程造价预算提供参考。

With the combination of the cost estimation of a hydropower project, the determination principle and calculation method of unit prices of manpower, materials and machinery are summarized and analyzed. This paper lays emphases on the composition, payment mode and boundary condition of salaries. The relevant experience can provide references for cost estimation of similar projects.
