摘要
目的测定葫芦素片中葫芦素B的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,应用Waters Symmetry C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm)色谱柱,流动相∶乙腈-水(51∶49),流速:1.0 ml/min,柱温:25℃,检测波长:228 nm。结果葫芦素B的回归方程:Y=1 067.3C-0.508 4(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.39%(n=6),RSD为0.56%,说明该法具有良好的回收率。结论用HPLC法测定葫芦素片中葫芦素B的含量,方法简便,重复性好,结果准确。
Objective To determina the content of cucurbitacin B in cucurbitacins.Methods The highly effective liquid phase chromatography was used,with Waters Symmetry C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm 5 μm) column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(51∶49),the flow rate was 1 ml/min,column temperature was 25 ℃,the detection wavelength was 228 nm.Results Cucurbitacin B regression equation:Y = 1 067.3C-0.508 4(r = 0.999 9),the average recovery rate was 99.39%(n = 6),RSD was0.56%,which showed that this method had a good recovery rate.Conclusion The HPLC method for the determination of content of cucurbitacin B in cucurbitacins was simple,reproducible,accurate.
