支撑喉镜下应用切割吸引器治疗喉部良性病变

Laryngeal benign lesions resected with micro-stryker instrument and self-retaining laryngoscope

目的：探讨支撑喉镜下切割吸引器治疗喉部良性病变的疗效。方法：52例喉部良性病变患者在支撑喉镜下采用切割吸引器进行手术治疗。结果：48例（92．31％）治愈，4例（7．69％）好转，随访6～12月均无复发。结论：喉部良性病变手术中，使用切割吸引器，安全、有效、创伤小，值得推广。

Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effects of applying micro-stryker instrument and self-retaining laryngoscope for the resection of laryngeal benign lesions.Methods：Micro-stryker instrument combined with self-retaining laryngoscope was used to treat the laryngeal benign lesions in 52 patients. Results：All patients were followed up from three to twelve months,and the results showed that 48（92.31%） patient were cured,4（7.69%） were partial-ly improved.No relapse occurred.Conclusion：Micro-stryker instrument combined with self-retaining laryngoscope is worthy of wider clinical application for its safety,efficacy and minimal invasion in resection of laryngeal benign lesions.
