跳汰粗精煤浮选脱硫降灰试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为降低山东鲁村矿选煤厂跳汰粗精煤硫含量和灰分,在最佳浮选和磁选试验条件基础上,采用浮选、磨矿-浮选、磨矿-磁选、先磁选后浮选、先浮选后磁选、两段磁选工艺对粗精煤脱硫降灰效果进行研究,以确定最佳分选工艺。试验结果表明:煤样破碎至<0.5 mm后,在矿浆浓度为110 g/L、抑制剂用量为1.75 kg/t、捕收剂用量为600 g/t、起泡剂用量为68 g/t、浮选时间为2 min的条件下,浮选脱硫降灰效果较好;此时,浮选精煤产率为88.48%,灰分为3.02%,硫含量为1.78%,降灰率为48.40%,精煤脱硫率为31.26%,硫化铁硫脱除率为54.89%。 In order to reduce the sulfur and ash content of jigging coarse clean coal in Lucun coal preparation plant, based on the best flotation and magnetic separation test condition, use the flotation, grinding - flotation, grinding - magnetic separation, flotation after magnetic separation, magnetic separation after flotation and two section of magnetic separation processes analyzed sulfur and ash reduction effect of coarse coal, to determine the best separation process. Test results showed that after size fraction of coal sample crushed to 〈0.5 mm, under the condition of slurry concentration is 110 g/L, inhibitor dosage is 1.75 kg/t, collector dosage is 600 g/t, foaming agent is 68 g/t and flotation time is 2 min, the desulfurization and ash reduction effect is better. When the flotation clean coal yield is 88.48% , the ash content is 3.02%, the sulfur content is 1.78%, ash reduction rate is 48.40%, sulfur reduction rate is 31.26% , and the iron sulfide removal rate is 54. 89%.
