The technology renovation of coal slurry treating system in Chengzhuang colliery coal preparation plant

为解决成庄矿洗选厂煤泥水处理系统设计不合理的问题,将洗块煤、洗末煤系统的煤泥水合并浓缩,同时将两个系统的粗煤泥回收系统独立运行,并更换相应的脱水设备。经煤泥水处理系统工艺改造和压滤设备更换后,系统稳定性提高,实现了全厂洗水闭路循环,效益明显提高。

In order to solve the problem of unreasonable design of coal slurry treating system in Cheng- zhuang colliery coal preparation plant, combined and thickened the slurry from lump coal and small coal separation systems, meanwhile, the coarse slime recovery system of the two systems above operated separately, and replaced the dewatering equipment. After the technology renovation and replacing pressure filtration equipment of the coal slurry treating system, the stability of the system improved and realized the wash water closed cycle in total plant, which obtained significant benefit.
