浮选自动加药装置的研制与应用

为提高浮选精煤质量和精煤产率,降低生产成本,研制了基于射源密度计、电磁流量计、PLC变频控制器、计量泵及MCGS触摸屏的浮选自动加药装置,并在山西恒富第一洗煤厂投入使用。生产实践表明:该自动加药装置能够提高浮选精煤质量和精煤产率,减少药剂用量,降低工人劳动强度。

In order to increase the quality and yield of flotation clean coal, lower the production cost, developed the flotation automatic dosing device based on the radiation density meter, electromagnetic flow meter, and PLC variable -frequency controller, metering pump and MCGS touch screen, and it has been put into use in Hengfu No. 1 coal preparation plant. The operation results show that this device can increase the quality and yield of clean coal, reduced reagent consumption and also reduced the labor intensity of workers.
