摘要
对来自不同地区的8个金顶侧耳菌株进行季节栽培试验,从栽培周期、子实体性状、产量和生物学效率等几个方面,筛选适宜山西地区季节性栽培的优良菌株,结果表明5号菌株最优。
Eight Pleurotus citrinopileacus strains from different areas were selected. The strains were tested by judging from the mycelium growth rate, vigor and color, the yield and the cultivation time and the fruit body characteristics. The test showed that number 5 was the fine strain for the cultivation.
