摘要 PDC钻头在泥页岩中钻进时容易出现泥包现象,岩屑粘附于切削齿和刀翼顶面,使切削齿无法有效吃入地层。为此,研究了钻头冠部轮廓、切削结构、刀翼形状和水力结构等对PDC钻头防泥包性能的影响,并设计了新型防泥包PDC钻头。通过对PDC钻头体三维造型进行特殊设计,可以有效解决水眼堵塞、钻头泥包的难题,钢体PDC钻头以其无可比拟的优点应用会越来越广泛。滨深24X1井的现场试验结果表明,新型防泥包PDC钻头具有显著的防泥包性能,机械钻速高,在大港油田泥岩作业中有很高的推广应用价值。 Bit bailing phenomena are prone to encountered when drilling shale formation with PDC bit. When the bit bailing is occurred, cuttings are adhered to the cutters and the top surface of the blades, preventing cutters effective invasion into the formation. The influences of the bit crown profile, cutter structure, blade shape and hydraulic structure on the anti-bailing performance of PDC bit are studied and a new anti-bailing PDC bit is designed. Research results show that the special design of three-dimensional shape of the PDC bit body can effectively address the nozzle clogging and bit bailing problems. The PDC bits with steel body have unparalleled advantages and will be more widely applied. Field test results of Binshen 24X1 well showed that the new anti-bailing PDC bit had a high ROP with significant anti-bailing performance, providing a high application value in drilling mudstone formation in Dagang Oilfield.
