摘要
塔河油田八区地层中以泥岩段居多,部分层段为泥岩和砂岩频繁互层,地层倾角大,可钻性差。TK873井钻井施工过程中使用带液力推进器的复合钟摆钻具组合以提高机械钻速及井身质量。通过YTJ型液力推进器在TK873井的使用数据,以及大量邻井井斜、钻头状况、机械钻速等对比数据,分析了YTJ型液力推进器钻井应用过程中在控制井斜、提高机械钻速、保护钻头钻具等方面的效果。应用结果表明,YTJ型液力推进器可在防斜的同时,有效提高机械钻速,减轻跳钻,保护钻头钻具,降低井下事故概率,减少非生产用时,提高经济效益。
Block 8 of Tahe oilfield has a high dip angle and poor drillability, where most of the formations are mudstone and parts of formations are interbedded mudstone and sandstone. Composite pendulum assembly integrated with hydraulic thruster is applied in drilling Well TK873 in order to improve ROP and borehole quality. By comparing the application data of YTJ hydraulic thruster in Well TK873 and well deviation data, drill bits conditions and ROP of offset wells, the effects of YTJ hydraulic thruster on inclination control, ROP and drill bit protection are analyzed. Application results show that the YTJ hydraulic thruster can improve ROP, reduce bit jumping, protect drill bit and downhole assembly while prevent well deviation, thus, reducing the probability of downhole accidents and non-productive time, which consequently improve the economic efficiency.
