摘要 针对粒子冲击钻井技术中粒子注入装置结构复杂、加工难度大、成本高、拆装检修困难以及高压旋转密封结构发热严重等问题,设计了一种旋叶式粒子注入系统高压钢粒注入装置。该装置能实现钢粒均匀、稳定注入,并具有降温、防堵功能。试验结果表明,在50 r/min、20MPa条件下,注入装置稳定运行280 min,密封性能满足设计要求,采用的循环冷却结构可有效解决密封结构发热严重的问题,粒子的注入体积分数可通过叶片转速控制,初步实现了粒子钻井注入装置预期设计功能,对粒子冲击钻井技术在我国深井硬地层钻井的推广应用具有一定意义。 To address the issues of particle injection device structure including complex structure, high processing difficulty, high cost, difficult maintenance and high temperature of high pressure rotary seal structure, a high pressure rotary-vane type particle injection device is designed. The device is able to inject steel particles uniformly and stably and has the functions of cooling and anti-blocking. Laboratory tests show that the injection device has stably run for 280 rain under the revolving speed of 50 r/rain and the pressure of 20 MPa. The sealing performance has met the design requirements. The adopted circulating cooling mechanism could effectively cool down the high temperature of seal structure. The volume fraction of injected particles could be controlled through the blade speed. Thus, the designed device initially achieve the expected design function of the particle injection device, which is of certain significance for the promotion and application of particle impact drilling technology in hard formation drilling of deep wells.
