水下卧式采油树井口连接器VX钢圈力学特性研究 被引量:20

摘要 VX钢圈是水下卧式采油树连接器上的全金属锥形密封圈,其性能好坏直接影响着采油树功能的实现。为保证密封件的性能,需要进行密封件力学特性及相关参数的计算。根据VX钢圈密封的工作原理,对VX钢圈密封锥面进行预紧及操作工况下的力学分析,推导出了VX密封钢圈的预紧接触应力和操作接触应力公式,并用ABAQUS有限元法对推导的VX钢圈的设计计算公式进行验证及相关分析,指出在操作工况下,钢圈接触应力与内压呈线性关系,先随内压增大而降低,到达最低值后,则随内压增大而线性增大,钢圈实现自紧密封。 VX steel gasket is an all-metal cone seal ring of subsea horizontal christmas tree well head connector and its performance directly affects the function of the christmas tree. To ensure the sealing performance, the mechanical properties and relevant parameters of the VX gasket are calculated. Based on the working principle of VX steel gasket, mechanical analysis of VX gasket at preload and contact stress and operation contact stress are deduced and operating conditions is conducted. The formula of preload verified by ABAQUS. Then, correlation analysis has been conducted. The study results show that the contact stress has a linear relationship with internal pressure. The contact stress decreases initially with the increase of internal pressure. After reaching a minimum value, the contact stress increases linearly with the increase of internal pressure. Thus, the VX gasket realizes self-tight seal.
