摘要
以隔水管下部挠性接头为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立其有限元分析模型,分别对挠性接头弹性体在不同橡胶材料、不同作用力和不同橡胶钢板组合下的轴向刚度与旋转刚度进行了分析。分析结果表明,挠性接头弹性体轴向刚度关于应力呈现非线性变化;弹性体刚度随着钢板与橡胶层数增多或橡胶硬度的增加而变大,随着施加轴向力的增加,弹性体轴向刚度降低;弹性体旋转刚度是一随角度呈非线性的变化量,随着弯矩的增大,弹性体平均旋转刚度减小。该分析结果可以为隔水管挠性接头弹性体的优化设计提供参考。
The finite element an ABAQUS software. The axial stiffness alysis model of flexible joint at lower part of the marine riser is established by and rotational stiffness of the flexible joint elastomer are analyzed depending on rubber materials, forces and combinations of rubber and steel plate. The results show that the effect of stress on axial stiffness of flexible elastomer joints is nonlinear. The elastic stiffness increases with the increment of number of rubber and steel layers or rubber hardness. With the increase of applied axial force, the axial stiffness of the elastomer decreases. The rotational stiffness of the elastomer varies non-linearly with the variation of angle. As the bending moment increases, the average rotational stiffness of the elastomer decreases. The analysis results could provide references to the design optimization of marine riser flexible joint elastomer.
