摘要 冀东南堡油田井型以定向井和大斜度井为主,水平位移大多在2 000 m以上,井斜多在40°以上,采用常规偏心定量分注技术存在明显的不适应性,而同心管分注技术不能进行投捞测配作业。为此,开展了大斜度井多级分注工艺技术及配套工具研制。开发的大斜度井多级分注技术及配套工具满足了大斜度多级分注井不同跨度、不同井斜的分注要求,具有井下通过能力强,耐高温高压,解封管柱载荷小,配水测调准确等特点。现场应用结果表明,大斜度井多级分注工艺技术最大分注级数达5级5段,施工成功率100%,投捞成功率90%,值得大面积推广应用。 The main well type of Nanpu Oilfield of Jidong is highly deviated well with horizontal displacement of above 2 000 m and inclination of above 40°. For this well type, conventional side pocket quantitative layered water injection technology is quite inadaptable, while concentric tube layered water injection technology is unable to be applied for conveying/fishing, measuring and regulating operations. To address these issues, new multistage layered water injection technology for highly deviated well and the supporting tools are developed. The new technology and supporting tools, with high pass through capacity, high temperature and high pressure resistance, small tube releasing force and accurate measuring and regulating of water allocation, meet the requirements of the multistage layered water injection in highly deviated well with different spans and inclinations. Field application results show that the new technology can realize water injection up to five stages in five segments and has an operation success rate of 100% and conveying/fishing success rate of 90% , making it worth large scale applications.
