农村留守营养不良儿童营养不良综合干预效果分析

目的探讨综合干预对留守营养不良儿童营养和健康状况的影响。方法对100例留守营养不良儿童及监护人实施综合干预,比较实施综合干预前后留守营养不良儿童营养和健康状况。结果实施综合干预后,农村留守营养不良儿童营养不良程度明显改善(Z=-8.88,P<0.001),营养不良性贫血明显好转(Z=-7.39,P<0.001);监护人对综合干预方式满意度为95.00%。结论监护人对综合干预方式较满意;通过综合干预,能帮助纠正不良的饮食习惯,增加营养物质的摄入,改善留守营养不良儿童的营养状况,提高他们的体质,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive intervention on nutrition and health sta tus of rural left--behind children with malnutrition.
