2011~2013年广西百色市公共场所集中式中央空调卫生监测结果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的 对百色市2011~2013年公共场所集中式中央空调监测结果进行分析,了解其卫生状况,以便对空调系统采取消毒和卫生管理措施.方法 根据《公共场所卫生管理条例实施细则》(2011)、《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(2006),监测大型公共场所空调系统送风管的细菌总数、真菌总数和风管内表面积尘量,及冷却塔水的军团菌污染等指标.结果 2011~2013年百色市公共场所集中式中央空调送风管细菌总数样本超标率达26.09%(30处),真菌总数样本超标率达32.17%(37处),风管内表面积尘量超标率达12.17%(14处);不同年份真菌总数达标率逐年降低,差异有统计学意义(x2 =7.164,P=0.028);冷却水中军团菌检出率达19.05%,均出现于2011年.结论 百色市公共场所集中式中央空调系统总体卫生状况较差,相关部门应予以足够的重视. Objective To analyze the measurements of centralized air--conditioner in public places in Baise 2011- 2013, and to evaluate its sanitary conditions. So we can take disinfection and hygiene management meas ures for air conditioning system. Methods The total bacteria and fungi counts and the accumulated dust amount of wind pipe inner wall surface and the legionella of the cooling tower water in central air--conditioners in public places in Baise were determined following with "Rules for the implementation of the Administration Regulations of public places Sanitation" (2011) and"Hygienic standard for the ventilation system of central air --conditioner in public places"(2006). Results From 2011 to 2013, the over--limit ratio was 26.09% (30 places) from total bacteria samples inside blast pipe of central air--conditioner in public places in Baise, the over-limit ratio of total fungi samples was 32.17% (37 places ), and the over--limit ratio of the accumulated dust amount of wind pipe inner wall surface was 12.17% (14 places ). The qualified rate of total fungi count reduced year by year, and there were statistical significant differences among different years ( x^2 =7. 164, P = 0. 028 ). The isolated rate of legionella in cooling water was up to 19.05%, which all occurred in 2011. Conclusion Baise relevant administrative departments tral air conditioning system in public places. should pay more attention to the poor sanitary status of central air conditioning system in public places.
