摘要
为了解某型航空发动机附件传动齿轮的振动特性,采用有限元素法对其进行了振动特性计算分析。为验证分析结果的有效性,分别对附件传动齿轮进行了模态试验分析和台架旋转状态下的振动特性测试,获得了静态与实际工作状态下齿轮的振动频率和振型。试验结果表明,附件传动齿轮工作状态下的振动特性与有限元分析结果吻合性良好,其振动频率受传递扭矩的影响较小。研究为其他航空发动机附件传动齿轮的振动特性分析提供了重要参考。
Vibration characteristics analysis by using the finite element method (FEM) was conducted on an aero-engine accessory gear. To validate the results, the modal test and bench test were done to the gear and the vibration frequencies and modes on the working condition were pursued. The test results are consistent well with the FEM analysis and the transmission torque has little influence on the vibration frequencies of the gear. This work provides important reference to the dynamic characteristics analysis of other similar accessory gears.
