摘要 紧固件柔度是飞机连接部位疲劳寿命的重要影响因素,常常作为飞机结构疲劳寿命分析的主要参数。通过材料力学和弹性力学理论对紧固件的柔度计算公式进行了推导,根据计算过程中的假设和各种不确定因素,提取出了柔度计算公式中的待定系数,然后利用有限元软件计算出的不同材料和尺寸柔度值对柔度计算公式进行修正,确定其待定系数,最后再利用紧固件柔度的试验值对有限元修正公式进行试验修正,得到更合理和准确的柔度计算公式。 The fastener flexibility is crucial when considering the factors influencing the fatigue life of an aircraft joint, and is often used as a parameter when modeling and analyzing aircraft with regards to fatigue and life-span. This paper, based on the theory of material mechanics and elasticity mechanics, derives the formula of structural fasteners' flexibility and extracts the two undetermined coefficients from the formula because of the assumptions in the process of calculation and varieties of uncertain factors. According to the values of flexibility of different materials and dimensions from Abaqus, the formula is modified and the two undetermined coefficients are ascertained. The modified formula are improved further by utilizing the flexibility values of tests. Finally, a more comprehensive and accurate formula is obtained.
