摘要 在凸轮推杆机构中,不合适的转速的凸轮将使推杆产生振动。通过计算等效刚度将某型号计量泵的凸轮推杆机构转化为二自由度振动模型,并且采用具有针对性的方法解微分方程,逐步求出柱塞杆的实际纵向位移。当凸轮轮廓为摆线形式时,分析凸轮转速对柱塞杆实际位移、速度、加速度的影响。结果表明,分析的方法是合理可行的,并且推导出了杆长与振动的计算公式,可用于指导设计。 In cam and push rod mechanism, inappropriate speed of cam will make the push rod vibrate. By Building a certain type of metering pump cam push rod mechanism in a two degree of freedom vibration model with equivalent stiffness, taking a specific method to solve differential equations, the actual longitudinal displacement of the plunger rod by step was calculated. In the cam contour of eycloidal form, the impact of the cam speed of the plunger rod actual displacement, velocity, acceleration were analized. The results show that the analysis method is reasonable and feasible. The deduced formula between rod length and vibration can be used to guide the design.
