胃肠肿瘤术后患者腹腔热灌注化疗的临床护理研究

Clinical nursing study of intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumor patients after operation

目的：探讨腹腔热灌注化疗在胃肠肿瘤术后患者中的临床护理效果。方法选择巨野县人民医院2010年1月至2012年12月癌性腹腔积液患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组两组。两组患者均给予腹腔热灌注化疗，对照组50例给予普通护理，观察组50例在灌注过程中给予针对性护理措施，比较两组疗效。结果观察组灌注相关并发症发生率为12.00%，显著低于对照组（30.00%），差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。观察组患者护理满意度为96.00%，显著高于对照组（76.00%），差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论针对性护理干预在腹腔热灌注化疗治疗胃肠肿瘤术后患者中有一定积极作用.

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect of intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy on gastrointestinal tumor patients after operation. Methods In Juye people ’s hospital,from January 2010 to December 2013,100 cases of gastrointestinal tumor operation patients after operation were randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group. Both groups were all given intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy,50 cases in the control group were given normal care,and 50 cases in the observation group were given pertinence care,the effects of the two groups were compared. Results The perfusion related complication rate in the observation group was 12 . 00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group（ 30 . 00%）,there was significant difference（P﹤0. 05）. The satisfaction degree of nurse care was 96% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 76 . 00%）,there was significant difference（ P﹤0. 05 ）. Conclusions Targeted nursing interventions have certain positive role in intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy for the treatment of gastrointestinal tumor patients after operation.
