血塞通注射剂不良反应、不良事件回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of Adverse Reaction and Adverse Event of XueSaiTong Injection

目的:分析血塞通注射剂所致药品不良反应(ADR)的一般规律和药物流行病学特点,为临床合理、安全用药提供参考。方法:通过检索维普(VIP)、万方医学网与中国知网(CNKI)数据库,收集血塞通注射剂所致ADR案例,应用统计学方法对其ADR信息进行回顾性分析。结果:血塞通注射剂所致药品不良反应各年龄组均有分布,临床表现复杂多样,涉及多器官、多系统;且以速发型变态反应为主;应警惕过敏性休克。结论:应规范临床用药,加强对血塞通注射剂不良反应(ADR)的监测,以确保临床用药安全。

Objective： To provide reference for rational and safe use ofXueSaiTonginjection in clinic by ana-lyzing general rules and pharmacoepidemiology of adverse drug reactions （ADR）. Methods： ADR cases induced by XueSaiTonginjection were collected by searching VIP,WanFangand CNKI database, ADR information was retro-spectively analyzed with statistical methods. Results： ADR induced byXueSaiTonginjection was distributed at dif-ferent ages, complex and diverse in clinical manifestations, involving multi-organ and multi-system; and mainly per-formance with immediate allergy, so anaphylactic shock should be alerted. Conclusion： To ensure safe drug use in clinic, clinical application should be regulated and the monitor for XueSaiTong injection ADR enhanced.
