摘要
目的:调查县级中医医院护理人员现状,探讨如何有效稳定护理队伍,提高护理质量,更好地落实优质护理,满足广大患者的需求。方法:对定西市、天水市、平凉市19家中医院护理队伍的学历、年龄、职称、人数等进行调查整理。结论:县级中医医院护理人员严重缺乏,文凭、职称偏低,高级职称护理人员寥寥无几。
Objective： To explore how to effectively keep nursing team stable, improve nursing quality and carry out high quality nursing better by analyzing current state of nursing staff in county TCM hospital. Methods： Ed-ucational background, ages, titles and the numbers of nursing staff from 19 TCM hospitals inDingximunicipality, Tianshuimunicipality andPingliangmunicipality were surveyed. Conclusion： There is an acute shortage of nursing staff, there are few with senior professional titles in county TCM hospital, their diploma and titles are lower.
