产学互动 凤引九雏——朗科国际存储科技产业园运营区设计综述

Interacting with Production and Study,Attracting Elites of Social Circles:Taking the Case of the Detailed Planning and Design of the NETAC International Mobile Storage Industrial Park Operations District

朗科国际存储科技产业园是以高新技术产业为园区品牌,以教育科研为支撑,兼顾总部办公、企业孵化、金融服务等方面,是北海工业园的规划龙头和管理引擎。该文通过对其运营模式的探讨,从城市水院、共生平台、台下空间等几方面进行论述,指出创新的工作环境对新型科技园建设推动的重要性;通过对运营区空间的交融共享、建筑的多样弹性组合、景观的生态展现等设计策略的剖析,指出未来的高科技产业园应更加适应城市、社会及市场环境的进化,并具有自我完善的、可持续发展的园区特质。

Famous for the new and high industries and supported by education and research, the Netac International Storage Technology Industrial Park, which take central office, enterprise cultivating and financial service into account, is the project guider and manage engine in the Beihai Industrial Park. This paper points out that the innovation of the work plays an important role in promoting the construction of new science park, by which exploring the operating model and discussing through the city water courtyard, symbiosis platform and audience space. It analyzes the innovative project of the aspect of shared space, various building and ecological landscape, noting that the future high-tech industrial park would be more appropriate in the evolution of city, society and market, which possess the peculiarity of self-improvement and sustainable development.
