建三江华府休闲会馆是现代化的综合性商务会馆,建成后将成为建三江地区的休闲娱乐中心,是城市对外形象的重要体现。建筑设计之初就遵循"以人为本"的设计原则,力争做到不同功能分区之间的有效联系,顺应地区文化氛围、传承地域文化特色、创造具有代表性的区域地标新形象。优化建筑内部交通结构,体现会馆建筑复杂而有序的交通组织,分析建筑内部功能和交通流线之间的紧密联系,研究会馆建筑内部功能分区的分布特点,归纳总结现代综合商务会馆的设计要点和未来发展方向。

Jian Sanjiang Leisure hall is modern comprehensive business center, will be built as the completion of the Jian Sanjiang region leisure entertainment center, which is the important embodiment of urban external image. At the beginning of the architectural design, the paper follows the design principle of ＂people-oriented＂, and strives to achieve the effective contact between different functional partitions, complying with the regional culture, inheriting regional culture characteristics, creates a new image representative regional landmark. Optimizing the structure of internal traffic of the building, hall building complex and orderly traffic organization, it analyzes the building function and the close link between the traffic flows, studies the distribution characteristics of hall building interior functional partition, and summarizes the modern comprehensive design key points and future development direction of the business center.
