纤维蛋白胶在翼状胬肉切除术中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较纤维蛋白胶和显微缝线在翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术中植片固定的手术效果。方法 72例(76眼)翼状胬肉患者随机分成两组,翼状胬肉切除后,36例患者(40眼)采用纤维蛋白胶固定植片(纤维蛋白胶组),36例患者(36眼)采用10-0尼龙缝线固定植片(缝线组),随访6-12个月。比较两组手术时间、术后舒适度、炎性反应、植片贴覆情况。结果除纤维蛋白胶组有1例患者植片脱失未贴覆外,其余患者的结膜植片均成功贴覆并保持完整。纤维蛋白胶组的手术时间明显少于缝线组(P〈0.01),术后异物感及炎性症状明显轻于缝线组(P〈0.01)。结论在翼状胬肉切除术中,应用纤维蛋白胶可缩短手术时间,患者的术后舒适度好于显微缝线。
