摘要
试验以中薯3号脱毒原原种为材料,通过在原种生产过程中进行种薯打顶、植株打顶及喷施多效唑3种不同的处理,研究它们对马铃薯地上部分及地下部分的影响。结果表明:种薯打顶后植株长势变弱,植株打顶及喷施多效唑均能提高植株长势;两种打顶处理均能提高植株产量及单株结薯个数,但喷施多效唑降低产量,且结薯大而少。
Zhongshu 3 was used as material to study the effects of topping and spraying paclobutrazol on propagation of potato protospecies. The results showed that the seed topped plants were growing weaker, while plant topping and spraying pa- elobutrazol can improve the growth of potato aerial part. Both of the two topping treatments can improve the yield and number of tubers per plant, while spraying paclobutrazol resulted to lower yields, less tubers per plant and larger tubers.
