摘要
采用ICP-AES法测定金属铌中Cu、W元素,试样用硝酸和氢氟酸溶解,进行了基体元素和共存元素对Cu、W的光谱干扰研究,选择了最佳的分析谱线,同时测定了分析方法的检测限。该方法准确、快速、简便,能够满足金属铌中含量范围在0.001%~0.01%的C u、W元素的检测需求,加标回收率在90%~120%之间。
The method for simultaneous determination of Cu and W in niobium by ICP-AES was presented . Sample were dissolved by HNO3 and HF .The spectral interferences from matrix element and coexist ele-ments were studied .The analytical lines were selected .And the detection limits were determined .The method is simple ,fast ,accurate ,w hich is fit for the determination of 0 .001%-0 .01% Cu and W in niobi-um .T he recovery w as 90%-120% .
