摘要
超导核磁共振波谱仪在化学、物理、生物、医学、材料等领域的应用中,具有非常重要的地位。其基本原理涉及核物理和量子力学,要掌握仪器设备需要无线电、计算机、自动化、低温超导、电路、物理等方面的知识,仪器原理和构造都比较深奥,一旦出现故障维修费用通常比较昂贵,因此科学使用、细致维护,对于确保仪器性能和使用质量、降低维护成本等非常重要。本文根据作者近5年来在Varian 400MHz型超导核磁共振波谱仪的管理使用和维修、维护工作中的实际经验,对超导核磁共振波谱仪在维护与使用方面需要注意的关键问题进行介绍,与广大同行进行探讨。
Superconductive NMR spectrometer is widely used in many research areas ,such as chemis-try ,physics ,biology ,medicine ,material ,etc. The basic principles of NMR include nuclear physics and quantum mechanics. It will need the knowledge of radio frequency ,computer ,automation ,cryogenics ,e-lectricity ,physics ,etc. to understand and master an NMR spectrometer. The basic principles and the practical application are both difficult. The cost of the repair is always high once some error arises in NMR spectrometer. So scientific application and careful maintenance are very important to ensure its perfect per-formance and lower the expenditure on its repair. Here ,we'll discuss some concerned questions on how to maintain and use a superconductive NMR spectrometer with our profession ,according the author's five years practical experiences on an superconductive NM R spectrometer ,varian mercury plus 400.
