豫西低山丘陵区风电场工程水土流失防治技术探讨 被引量:2

摘要 风电场工程建设周期较短,但对原地貌扰动强度很大,且植被破坏点多面广,水土流失呈现点线面侵蚀并存、水蚀与风蚀共存的特点。文章以河南省洛阳樊村风电场工程为例,结合风电场工程水土保持方案编制和验收技术评估工作实践,对豫西丘陵区风电场工程水土流失特点、防治分区、措施体系进行分析,通过工程措施、植物措施和临时措施的结合,有效地防治了建设过程中的水土流失。 The period of the construction of wind power station is typically short, but it can cause dramatic disturbance to-ward the original ground and destroy the plants in a large area and the water and wind erosion caused are characterized by the co-existing of point erosion, linear erosion and area erosion as well as the water erosion and wind erosion. With the construction of the wind power station at Fan village in Luoyang in Henan province as a typical case, in combination with the preparation of the scheme of the soil and water conservation in construction of the wind power station and the practice of the technology assessment in the acceptance work, an analysis is made on the water and soil loss characteristics, erosion control area division and the measures system in the construction of the wind power station in hilly area of west Henan province. The soil and water loss in the construction could be prevented efficiently by the combination of engineering, vegetal and provisional conservation measures.
