摘要 为满足无线宽带接入业务对频率资源的需求,美国总统科技顾问委员会(PCAST)发布"频谱高速公路"计划,提出利用频谱共享和小蜂窝,在2 700-3 700 MHz频段建立首条频谱高速公路。FCC首先在3 550 MHz-3 650 MHz频段进行了研究,提出了三层授权机制、频谱接入系统、小蜂窝等关键技术的建议。 To meet the requirements for the frequence resource by wireless broadband access services, the US President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) launched the "Spectrum Super-highway" strategy with spectrum sharing and small cell innovation which recommended to build the first spectrum super highway on 2 700-3 700 MHz band. FCC conducted studies on 3 550-3 650 MHz band firstly, and proposed suggestions about key technologis including three-tier licensing, spectrum access system and Small Cell.
