氟西汀对卒中后抑郁大鼠脑组织及血清中IL-2、IL-6及TNF-α表达的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察氟西汀对卒中后抑郁(PSD)大鼠脑组织及血清中IL-2、IL-6及TNF-α水平变化的影响。方法选取健康SD大鼠60只,分为假手术组、抑郁组、卒中组、PSD组及PSD氟西汀治疗组(治疗组),每组12只。ELISA法分析脑组织及血清中IL-2、IL-6及TNF-α水平。结果抑郁组、卒中组、PSD组脑组织及血清中IL-2、IL-6及TNF-α水平显著高于假手术组和治疗组(P<0.05);治疗组脑组织及血清中IL-2、IL-6及TNF-α水平与假手术组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟西汀能显著抑制PSD大鼠脑组织及血清中IL-2、IL-6及TNF-α水平,对PSD的治疗可能起一定作用。 Objective To explore the influence of fluoxertin on level of IL-2 ,IL-6 and TNF-α in brain tissue and serum of rats with post-stroke depression(PSD) .Methods 60 rats were divided into sham operation group ,depression group ,stroke group ,PSD group and fluoxertin group ,12 cases in each group .ELISA was used to detect the level of IL-2 ,IL-6 and TNF-αin brain tissue and serum .Results The level of IL-2 ,IL-6 and TNF-αin depression group ,stroke group and PSD group were significantly increased and higher than that in sham operation group and fluoxertin group(P&lt;0 .05) .There was no significant difference between sham op-eration group and fluoxertin group(P&gt;0 .05) .Conclusion Fluoxertin could significantly decrease the level of IL-2 ,IL-6 and TNF-αand play an important role in therapy of PSD .
