75t/h循环流化床锅炉炉膛气固流场的数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 采用基于颗粒动力学理论的欧拉双流体模型,对75t/h循环流化床锅炉炉膛内气固流动特性进行数值模拟,得到沿炉膛高度颗粒速度和浓度的非均匀分布规律,证明其流动符合环-核结构。通过对不同粒径颗粒的模拟,得到不同粒径颗粒在75t/h循环流化床内的分布特性。 The gas-solid flow characteristics in a 75t/h CFB boiler furnace has been simulated using the Euler two-fluid model based on the theory of particle dynamics;the liquidity of the particle has been proved to meet the core-annulus structure by getting the non-uniform distribution law of the furnace height of particle velocity and concentration;obtained the distribution of the particles of different size in the 75 t/h CFB through the simulation of the different size particles.
