摘要
采用水反冲洗再生和 NaOH 再生两种方式对吸附 Mn2+饱和硅碳素(ANJ. SiC)进行动态再生,对比两种再生方式去除水中 Mn2+的效果。结果表明:当原水 Mn2+浓度范围为1.7~2.2mg/ L,流速为7.8m/ h 时,用水反冲洗第1次再生后,饱和硅碳素的再生率仅为49.8%,第2次再生后再生率就低于15%,失去了对 Mn2+的去除能力;而用 NaOH 再生时,第5次再生后再生率仍大于1,明显优于反冲洗再生,并通过电镜扫描图像进一步研究硅碳素的除锰机理。
Regenerate the saturated ANJ.SiC with the adsorption of Mn2 +dynamically by backwash and NaOH,and compare the Mn2 +removing effect by the two ways.The result shows that on the condition of Mn2 +concentration in 1.7 ~ 2.2 mg /L,flowing speed at 7.8m /h,the regeneration rate of saturated ANJ.SiC is only 49.8% after the first regenerated by backwashing,for the second time,the rate is less than 15%,which has lost the Mn2 +removing ability;but by NaOH,the regeneration rate is more than 100% after the fifth regenerated,which is obviously better than the effect of backwashing.And conduct further study the Mn2 +removing mechanism by ANJ.SiC through SEM figures.
