摘要
采用双螺杆熔融挤出的方法制备了氢化(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯)共聚物(SEBS)增韧聚苯醚/聚酰胺6(PPO/PA6)合金。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热(DSC)分析、毛细管流变分析、动态热机械分析(DMA)等方法研究了PPO/PA6合金的断面形貌、结晶性能、流变性能和动态力学性能。结果表明:加入SEBS后,共混合金的断裂方式由脆性断裂向韧性断裂转变;合金材料的结晶度降低,表观黏度提高,储能模量下降,冲击性能得到明显改善。
Poly(phenylene oxide)/polyamide 6(PPO/PA6) alloy toughened by SEBS was prepared by means of melting extrusion. The fracture morphology, crystallization properties, rheological properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the alloy were researched with SEM, DSC, capillary rheological measurement and DMA. The results show that: the way of rupture has changed from brittleness to ductility with the addition of SEBS. The crystallinity and storage modulus of the PPO/PA6/SEBS alloy decrease, and the apparent viscosity increases. The impact strength of the alloy improves obviously with the increasing mass fraction of SEBS.
