摘要
通过熔融共混和注塑成型方法制备出不同纳米竹炭粉(NBC)含量的聚丙烯/NBC(PP/NBC)纳米复合材料,并对该复合体系的熔体流变行为和材料的力学性能进行了详细研究。结果表明:PP/NBC共混熔体具有明显的假塑性和剪切变稀的特征,在一个较宽的NBC用量和剪切速率范围内均具有较好的加工性能;随着NBC用量的增加,PP/NBC复合材料的表观黏度和非牛顿指数均逐渐降低,其拉伸强度呈先增加后降低的趋势,而断裂伸长率则逐渐降低。
Polypropylene/nano-(bamboo charcoal)(PP/NBC) composites with different NBC content were prepared by melt blending and injection moulding method, and the mechanical and rheological properties of the composites were systematically investigated. The results show that the blends of PP/NBC melt exhibit pseudoplastic and the shear-thinning characteristics, and it has good processing property in large range of shear rate and NBC amount. The apparent viscosity and non-Newtonian index gradually decrease with the increasing of NBC amount. Moreover, with the increase of NBC amount the tension strength of composite increases first and then decreases, but the breaking elongation gradually decreases.
