摘要
目的探讨D-CIK治疗对进展期乳腺癌外周血中循环肿瘤细胞数的变化情况及意义。方法采用Cellseareh检测系统对32例明确诊断为进展期乳腺癌患者分别在CIK细胞回输治疗前后检测外周血中循环肿瘤细胞数目变化情况，同时观察治疗过程中患者的相关不良反应。结果患者接受D—CIK治疗后，循环肿瘤细胞的数目明显减少，由治疗前的5～18个／7．5ml减少为治疗后的2～11个／7．5ml，两者差异具有统计学的意义（P〈0．05）。治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论D-CIK治疗可明显降低患者外周血中循环肿瘤细胞的数目。
Objective To investigate the effect of D-CIK on circulating tumor ceils （CTCs） in patients with advanced breast cancer. Methods Thirty-two cases of advanced breast cancer were included. The number of tumor cells in peripheral blood circulating was detected before and after D-CIK therapy by Cellsearch system. Related ad- verse reactions were also observed during the treatment. Results After treatment, the number of tumor cells in pe- ripheral blood circulating decreased from 5~18/7.5 ml （before treatment） to 2-11/7.5 ml with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）. No severe side effect was observed during treatment. Conclusion D-CIK treatment could inhibit the CTCs in breast cancer.
