摘要
目的利用高频超声研究项韧带退变与颈椎退变的关系。方法病例组63例,对照组57例,两组均进行中立位与45°前伸位项韧带高频超声扫描,观察项韧带形态、回声、最小横截面积变化率,将两组观察结果与相关测量数据进行对比分析。结果项韧带形态异常与颈椎退变密切相关,病例组与对照组比较,病例组项韧带整体增粗,回声增强;最小横截面积变化率Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ段缩小,Ⅲ段增大,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声作为经济、无创、方便快捷的影像检查方法,可以对项韧带异常作出准确的评估,可为颈椎病筛查及诊断提供重要的影像依据。
Objective To study the correlation between ligament degeneration and cervical degeneration with high-frequency ultrasound. Methods Sixty-three patients were enrolled in case group and 57 cases were enrolled in control group. High-frequency ultrasound scanning was performed in two groups in both neutral and 45° protrusive positions. The nuchal ligament morphology, Echoes, minimum cross-sectional area change rate were compared between the two groups. Results The ligamentum nuchae morphology was closely related to the abnormality of cervical degeneration. Compared with the control group, the overall of former ligamentum in the case group became thickening and the echoes increased. Segment Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅳ of minimum cross-sectional area change rate decreased, while section Ⅲ of which increased with significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound was an economic, convenient, non-invasive imaging method. It can make an accurate assessment of nuchal ligament abnormalities, and provide an important basis for screening and diagnosis of cervical spondylosis.
