辽西北区域综合实力评价分析

Analysis and Evaluation of Comprehensive Strength in Northwest Region of Liaoning Province

从自然资源、经济发展、产业结构、基础设施、对外开放、生活水平、社会发展、生态环境等方面构建了辽西北区域综合实力评价指标体系,并对辽西北区域综合实力进行了评价分析。结果表明:与辽宁省其他两个区域沈阳经济区和辽宁沿海经济带相比,辽西北地区土地资源数量优势较明显,但经济发展实力较弱、产业结构不合理、基础设施相对落后、对外开放程度不高、地区收入水平低、社会发展有待加强、生态环境较脆弱。

This study built the evaluation index system of comprehensive strength in northwest region of Liaoning Province which contained 8 aspects including natural resources, economic development, industrial structure, infrastructure, opening to the outside world, living standards, social development and ecological environment. Then the study evaluated and analyzed the comprehensive strength in this region. The results showed that compared with the other two regions of Liaoning Province, Shenyang Economic Zone and Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt, the northwest area of Liaoning had a relatively obvious advantage about land resources. But its economic development strength was weaker, the industrial structure was not reasonable, the infrastructure was relatively backward, the open degree was not high, the level of area＇s income was low, the social development needed to be strengthened and the ecological environment was fragile.
