摘要
采用系统动力学的原理和方法对矿产资源开发与生态环境两者的耦合概念进行了解释,绘制出内蒙古矿产资源开发利用延伸出来的两大子系统流图;同时建立了系统动力学耦合模型,分别对矿产资源开发投资和生态环境质量这两个影响因素设置不同的参数进行模拟,并对不同的模拟结果进行比较分析,得出内蒙古重要的耦合影响因素是对生态环境进行投资。基于以上研究,提出了相关对策建议。
This paper adopted the principle and method of system dynamic to explain the mineral resources development and ecological environment of the two coupling concepts, produce the extension of the two subsystem flow charts of Inner Mongolia mineral resources development, then, the system dynamic coupling model was established based on the two aspects in the influencial factors of mineral resources industrial investment and the ecological environment quality setting different parameters to simulate, and to analyze and compare the different situation results. It was concluded that the important coupling factor was investment and governance in the ecological environment and put forward the corresponding suggestions.
