不同优化方法在水乳剂加工过程中的应用比较

摘要 [目的]以5%溴氰菊酯水乳剂为研究对象,探究各种试验优化方法在水乳剂加工中的应用性。[方法]使用激光粒度分布仪检测热贮后中粒径为主要考察指标,得到各优化方法的优化配方并进行比较。[结果]4种方法优化后的5%溴氰菊酯水乳剂配方,均匀设计配方低温稳定性试验后恢复常温后出现少量沉淀,其他方法优化配方合格。[结论]均匀设计适用于配方粗筛选,正交设计、混料设计、响应面设计适用于配方精细筛选,正交设计试验次数适中、结果直观,混料设计与响应面设计根据拟合回归方程可以得出优化配方,响应曲面图可以更直观的反应出各因素对指标的影响。 [Aims] The aim was to compare different optimization methods in processing of deltamethrin 5% EW. [Methods] Taking the average particle size as index, the optimal formulaof different optimization methods were measured. [Results] The result of orthogonal design, mixture design and response surface design were better than uniform design. [Conclusions] Uniform design was suitable for the coarse screening of formula. Orthogonal design was suitable for the fine screening of formula. The results of mixture design and response surface design were intuitive. The fitted regression equations could obtain optimum formula.
