摘要
【目的】对农药中添加的氟虫腈进行高效液相色谱分析条件的优化。【方法】用二级管阵列检测器,C18柱为固定相,以乙腈-甲醇-0.05%磷酸为流动相(体1:L45:20:35)。【结果】该方法分离效果较好,检出限0.5mg/L,平均回收率为98.6%-102.8%。【结论】该方法检出限低,回收率高,可满足各种类型农药中氟虫腈的检测。
[Aims] Method of high performance liquid chromatography for fipronil in pesticide products was studied. [Mothods] The method was conducted by using acetonitrile-methanol-0.05% ortho-phosphoric acid as mobile phase (45: 20:35, by vol), octadecylsilyl silica column as stationary phase and diode array detector. [Results] The identification was distinct in the method, and the detection limit was 0.5 mg/L. The average recovery rate was 98.6 to 102.8%. [Conclusions] The method had low detection limit and high recovery rate, can meet the demands of the detection of fipronil in various types of pesticide products.
