氯虫苯甲酰胺对螟黄赤眼蜂和玉米螟赤眼蜂的毒力作用及寄生能力的影响 被引量:9

Toxicity of Chlorantrasiliprole on Two Egg Parasitoids Trichogramma chilonis and T. ostriniae, and Its Impacts on Their Parasitism

摘要 【目的】评估氯虫苯甲酰胺对螟黄赤眼蜂和玉米螟赤眼蜂的安全性。【方法】室内测定该药剂对2种赤眼蜂的急性毒力、发育、存活和寄生能力的影响,以高效氯氰菊酯和阿维菌素作为对照药剂。【结果】阿维菌素毒力最高,安全系数最低(0.007~0.011),而氯虫苯甲酰胺毒力最小,安全系数最高(1.594×10^3-3.054×10^3);氯虫苯甲酰胺处理赤眼蜂的羽化率最大(88.19%-89.32%),阿维菌素处理的羽化率最低f8.87%-16.73%1;接触各残留期氯虫苯甲酰胺,2种赤眼蜂的死亡率最低(3.33%-13.33%),寄生米蛾卵数量最多(27.1-39.7粒)。【结论】在实施释放赤眼蜂的IPM方案中,阿维菌素尽量避免使用,而氯虫苯甲酰胺值得推广使用。 [Aims] The purpose of this paper is to determine the susceptibility of the new insecticide chlorantrasiliprole on the adults of T. chilonis and T. ostriniae. [Methods] The acute toxicity of chlorantrasiliprole and its impact on different developmental stages of Trichogramma in the host eggs of rice moth Corcyra cephalonica with field-recommended concentration were evaluated in the laboratory. Meanwhile, the effects of different residual period time on their survival and parasitism were investigated when host plant and host eggs were offered simultaneously. Two conventional insecticides beta-cypermethrin and abamectin were selected as control in this study. [Results] Abamectin showed the highest toxicity on two Trichogramma species, and its safety coefficient to the wasps was the lowest (0.007-0.011). However, chlorantrasiliprole exhibited the least toxicity, and its safety coefficient was the highest (1.594×10^3-3.054×10^3). Two trichogramma species exhibited the highest (88.19-89.32%) and lowest (8.87-16.73%) average emergence rates, respectively, when their differently developmental stages in host eggs were treated with chlorantrasiliprole and abamectin. Exposed to different residual period time of chlorantrasiliprole, two Trichogramma species exhibited the lowest mortality rates (3.33-13.33%) and parasitized the largest number of host eggs (27.1-39.7 eggs). [Conclusions] Chlorantrasiliprole is recommended to use in the IPM programs including releasing Trichogramma, but abamectin should be avoided.
