Review of the Circular Weft Knitting Machines on the 2014 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition-ITMA Asia

对2014中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会针织圆纬机参展情况进行介绍,阐述产品主要技术特点,包括:计算机控制提花、大圆机两面提花、国产电子选针器的进步、计算机控制调线和移圈、超细针距、纬编衬经、小筒径提花、无缝针织机、外调方式变换三角、减少沉降片动程、计算机控制纱长等。并分析织机实用技术,如三角斜向压针、导纱器整体调整、陶瓷导纱器、铝合金三角座、无线远程监控等。本次展会反映厂商对展会重视度越来越高,参展织机数量较往届大幅增加;大提花圆纬机展机数量占参展织机三分之一以上,表明大提花机发展迅速;国内圆纬机织造技术取得了全方位快速发展。

This paper introduces the circular weft knitting machines on the 2014 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition-ITMA Asia, and mainly presents the technological characteristics including the application of computer-controlled jacquard technique, two sides jacquard function, an improvement upon the electronic needle selection, striping and transferring controlled by computer, ultra-fine gauges, warp insertion, small diameter jacquard machine, seamless knitting machine, outside-operated cams, reducing the sinker moving process and controlling the yam length by using computer and so on. In addition, the practical technology is showed including diagonal stitch cam, the integrated adjusting technique of feeding nozzles, ceramic feeding nozzles, aluminum based alloy cam box and wireless remote monitor and so on. It can be seen that the number of machines exhibited is sig- nificantly increasing than previous, and the large area electronic jacquard function circular knitting machines are more than one-third of total machines exhibited, which shows that this kind of machine has got rapid progress in recently years. Furthermore, all-round development has been achieved by China domestic circular knitting machines.
