减少涤棉筒子纱层差和色花的实践

摘要 阐述了4种不同规格涤棉筒子纱染色工艺,测试并比较了不同规格筒子纱热收缩率(S值)以及染色后的染色性能指标,并设计了两种减少层差的方案。结果表明,涤棉筒子纱染色后会出现层差和色花现象;涤棉筒子纱染色,松筒前必须做S值测试,根据S值控制松筒密度,过大S值必须先预定形后松筒,这是减少层差、色花、返修的有效途径。 The dyeing process of polyester cotton cheese with four kinds of specifications was expounded, and the heat shrink ratio(S value) and the dyeing performance indicators of polyester cotton cheese with different speci-fications wre tested and compared. And two programes for reducing layer color difference were designed. The results show that layer color difference and dyeing defect can occur in the dyeing of polyester cotton cheese. The S value must be tested before loosing cheese when dyeing polyester cotton cheese, and then control the density of cheese according to the the S value; if the S value is too biger, it must finish presetting process fist and then loosing cheese. This is a efficient path to reducing layer color difference color defect and repairing.
