七氟烷预处理对肺缺血再灌注损伤的保护机制 被引量:3

摘要 临床上肺叶切除、肺移植、心肺转流术、肺梗死、失血性休克等均涉及肺缺血再灌注损伤(LIRI)这一复杂的病理生理过程。七氟烷预处理通过炎症反应、Ca2+超载、氧化应激、肺表面活性物质、血红素氧合酶HO-1、核因子NF-κB和MAPK通路等机制发挥肺缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。本文就近年来有关七氟烷预处理对LIRI的保护作用做一综述。
