The management on the donated books in university libraries is an important part in the management and control of university libraries at the present era, so it is the emphasis of the management on donated books in uni- versity libraries to explore how to effectively manage and control the donated books and give their full play. This paper positively analyzes the way, the importance of donation of books, based on which it discusses the strategy of optimizing the donated books in university libraries.
