Construction of the Practical Teaching System of Guizhou Normal College

培养应用型人才是新建本科院校发展的需要,是我国高等教育大众化发展的需要,是服务地方经济与社会发展的需要,也是新建本科院校提高自身竞争力的需要。培养应用型人才必须加强实践教学。实践教学是培养大学生创新精神和创新能力的重要手段,是提高学生综合素质的重要环节。贵州师范学院在应用型人才培养与实践教学体系构建中做了如下探索:高度重视实践教学,加强学生实践能力培养;改革实践教学方法,加强实践教学教师培养;拓展实践教育资源,加强实践教学基地建设;重视创新、创业实践教学,把实践教学与就业相结合;加强毕业论文(设计)质量监控,优化实践教育体系。

Training applied talents is not only the interest of the development of new undergraduate colleges but also the interest of the development of the popularization in Chinese higher education. Training applied talents is both the benefit of serving for the local economy and social development and the benefit of improving own competitiveness for new undergraduate colleges. It is the practical teaching that must be strengthened in the applied talents training. Practical teaching is the important means for training the innovative spirit and ability of students in universities, and also is an important link to improve students＇ comprehensive quality. Guizhou Normal College attempts to make an exploration in the applied talents training and the construction of the practical teaching system as follows： paying high attention to the practical teaching, enhancing the practical ability of students, reforming methods of the practical teaching, strengthening the training of practical teaching teachers, expanding the practical education resources, strengthening the construction of the practical teaching base, and attaching importance to the innovative practical teaching and the entrepreneurial practical teaching. Moreover, the practical teaching should be combined with the vocational career planning, and the quality supervision of the graduate paper （design） should be strengthened and the practical teaching system will be improved.
