摘要
吲哚-3-甲醇(I3C)是十字花科蔬菜中研究最多和最重要的一种抗肿瘤成分。目前的研究表明抗肿瘤是其主要的药理作用;但是也有研究发现I3C有抗炎、抗肥胖等效果;同时以I3C为前体药物合成的I3C衍生物也有了长足的发展进步。现就I3C药物开发应用的各环节进行综述,使I3C的研究更加深入。
